Tai chi or Taiji means "great pole" and is a Chinese cosmological term for the Supreme Ultimate state of undifferentiated, absolute, and infinite potentiality. It promotes mingling with, circulating, and exchanging energy with environment. It is a practice of balancing the body, mind, and spirit with movements. It helps memory and balance through remembering and practicing moves. There are many forms of Tai Chi like Chuan or Yang styles for healing, Marshall Arts, etc. Focusing on forms and physical practice only misses the point. The purpose is flexibility, union, harmony, and balance. We discuss this and provide a guided meditation to heal ourselves and others with practice.
