The Mountain of Light; is a sacred space that people are encouraged to cultivate within as a peaceful point within the physical Being from which they can access deeper states of meditation state of love and compassion, peace, and happiness. It is an internal point of stillness that exists in everyone and just needs to be cultivated. Each person is encouraged to develop this sacred point within in whatever manner feels most comfortable for them so that it is a safe and welcoming point that is easily returned to for meditation state and stillness. The goal with the Mountain of Light is for each person to use it regularly so that, whenever they need peace and/or stillness they can use their breath to return there quickly and efficiently to return to a state of stillness and balance.

The Emerald Mountain; is an energetic site within this universe. The purpose of being present on The Emerald Mountain is to cleanse ourselves. We can meditate there to transform and cleanse our negative emotions and get rid of our attitude and arrogance. Divine recommends people release as much ego and arrogance as they can on The Emerald Mountain. Because the more ego people can release, the more they can experience their Divine connection. Many people from many traditions and cultural background may call The Emerald Mountain different names; however this The Emerald Mountain operates as a gateway for the purpose of cleansing and transforming our negative emotions. It is not a final destination. It is one level on the journey. It is a needed step in the process of progressing because it assists people in releasing and in healing their built up negative energies.
