Are We Heading for a Crash? Self-Healing Technique
Let us consider driving a car. We do our best to drive properly and stay in the lane. If we notice that a car next to us and in another lane, is about to run into our car, we do our best to prevent the accident instead of getting into it.
We consider this same approach with others emotionally and mentally as we interact with people. If we notice someone is upset and angry and is about to yell and scream at us we, then we need to recognize that person is about to have an accident and do our best to prevent it by all means possible just the same way we drive the car and do our best to prevent accidents.
