Good Deed is one of the foundations of Three Noble Truth (Good Thought, Good Deed, Good Speech). It is much easier to have Good Deed for others than having Good Deed for ourselves. We have a higher tendency to punish ourselves with our actions. We prevent guiding our Deed allowing our actions guide us, which causes much collision in our brain. We need to listen to our body more often and adjust our actions accordingly to maintain our energy and optimize our body.
We will discuss this in detail and practice healing techniques to guide ourselves having Good Deed for Ourselves.
